For an internationally active organization, we are looking for a Customer Service & Asset Specialist who will act as the main point of contact for customers across Central Europe and the Benelux. In this role, you play a key part in the complete customer journey — from onboarding to daytoday support.

What will you do?
This is a varied role where customer focus and structure go hand in hand.

Customer service & relationship management

  • You are the first point of contact for customers and ensure clear, professional communication.
  • You guide customers through the onboarding process and help build strong, longterm partnerships.
  • You work closely with internal teams to resolve questions and issues efficiently.
  • You support customers with qualityrelated questions, in close collaboration with the Quality team.
  • You contribute to periodic customer review meetings and actively suggest improvements.

Order & asset management

  • You ensure a smooth and accurate ordertoinvoice process, translating customer needs into internal workflows.
  • You coordinate and follow up on customer stock and asset audits, including communication and reporting.
  • You monitor customer declarations and transactions and take action when discrepancies arise.

Administration & process improvement

  • You maintain and update customer and asset data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • You keep documentation and records up to date and well organized.
  • You actively contribute to process improvements within customer service, order management, and asset tracking.

Jouw profiel

Who are we looking for?
  • You communicate fluently and professionally in Spanish, English and French
  • You work accurately, in a structured way, and know how to prioritize.
  • You stay focused and calm under deadlines and can work independently.
  • You are proactive, solution‑oriented, and positive in your communication.
  • You are comfortable with MS Office; internal systems will be taught during onboarding.
  • You are a true team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing ideas.
