Your Role

As a Branch Manager / Director, you are the beating heart of the organization. You combine strategic insight with hands-on management, ensuring that the branch not only runs efficiently but also achieves strong growth.

You safeguard service quality, build sustainable client relationships, and lead your team to top performance.

What Will You Do?

Strategy & Management

• Contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the branch
• Translate strategy into concrete actions and results
• Coordinate and optimize daily operations
• Safeguard quality, compliance (including ISO), and continuous improvement
• Report to management and contribute to growth objectives

Operations

• Lead and organize daily activities
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors
• Oversee safety, sustainability, and efficient processes

People Management

• Recruit, coach, and develop employees
• Conduct performance evaluations and follow-up
• Foster a strong, motivating team culture

Finance

• Manage budgets and monitor results
• Optimize costs and margins
• Oversee invoicing, cash flow, and financial KPIs

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy
• Proactively identify and seize new opportunities
• Maintain strong client relationships (key accounts)
• Represent the organization at events and with clients

Jouw profiel

Who Are You?

• You have experience in a leadership role within an operational environment
• Experience in relocations, logistics, or services is a strong asset
• You combine commercial flair with a hands-on mindset
• You are strong in people management and know how to motivate teams
• You have solid financial insight and are results-driven
• You communicate fluently and professionally (multilingual is a plus)
• You remain calm and composed in a dynamic, international context
